Emotional Wound Recovery Stages

Healing Samskaras (Emotional Wounds)

Samskaras are referred to as mental impressions or subconscious patterns left behind by past experiences (this lifetime or beyond), both positive and negative. Negative samskaras, particularly those from strong emotions or traumas, can become ingrained and distort our perception. Besides, they can manifest as negative thoughts, limiting beliefs, or emotional triggers in our present life. Consequently, these negative samskaras can also block our spiritual growth and well-being. Nevertheless, you can also heal and release them, by working on the different emotional wound recovery stages described below.

Heal Some Scars

At DVFM, we integrate various energy healing modalities and techniques to work on healing samskaras. If you would like to have visualisation on the experiences that left the emotional wound, ThetaHealing is a good tool. For this purpose, we apply the digging technique to find the root causes and heal them, with clarity on what each experience is teaching us on our soul journey.

If you would like to clear and release the negative samskaras without having to see what happened, a “Heal Some Scars” session allows you to work on them through an hour of meditation. In this case, we will channel healing frequencies from Source to energetically work through the emotional wound recovery stages as you sit comfortably in meditation. This helps you to holistically incorporate the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of healing.

By healing negative samskaras, you will get to:

  • Reduce negative thoughts and emotional patterns.
  • Increase self-awareness and emotional clarity.
  • Promote feelings of peace, joy, and well-being.
  • Move forward easefully on your spiritual journey.
