Cancellation, Refund and Transfer Policy

Thank you for your interest in attending a DVFM Consulting seminar. Please read the following policy carefully before registering for a seminar.

Course Registration Fee / Deposit

All Registration Fees / Deposits are strictly non-refundable except for emergency situations where proof of the emergency is provided.

Balance of Course Fees

(Applies to seminars and events taught by Ping Toh)

The Balance of Course Fees (excluding deposit/registration fee) can be refunded in full up to 14 days before the seminar begins.

Seminars paid in full (excluding deposit/registration fee) are eligible for a non-refundable credit toward a future ThetaHealing seminar based on the rates below. This credit can be applied to any DVFM program within one year from the payment date.

If notice is given up to 8 days before seminar begins, 70% of Balance Fee.
If notice is given between 7 and 1 day(s) before seminar begins, 50% of Balance Fee.

No credit is available if you cancel on the arrival day, do not show up, or leave the event early for any reason.

Notice In Writing

All cancellations must be made in writing to ping.toh@dvfmconsulting.com or by direct contact with Ping Toh on (0065) 8687 5596.

Modification or Cancellation

In the unlikely event that a seminar or event taught by Ping Toh is cancelled or postponed, you will be given the option of receiving a full refund on your deposit and/or any course fees that have been paid, or transferring the deposit and/or course fees to a subsequent seminar/event taught by Ping Toh.
