Cancellation, Refund and Transfer Policy

Thank you for your interest in booking a private healing session. Please read the following policy carefully before booking in for your session.

Confirmation

Full payment for a private session shall be made in order to confirm the appointment slot.

Cancellation or Reschedule

For cancellation or reschedule of a session, notice is required 48 hours prior to the scheduled session date and time in writing with your contact & session details.

For cancellations or reschedule made 48 hours or more prior to your session date and time, your session fee (less a 20% administration fee) will be refunded to you via the same payment method originally used to book the session.

For cancellations or reschedule made 24-48 hours prior to your session date and time, 50% of your session fee will be refunded to you via the same payment method originally used to book the session.

For cancellations or reschedule made within 24 hours prior to your session date and time, your full session fee will be non-refundable.

If due to exceptional circumstances, your healing practitioner Ping Toh needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be notified as soon as possible, and an alternative date will be provided. If you are unable to attend any of the alternative dates provided, then you will be entitled to a full refund.

Notice In Writing

All cancellations or reschedules must be made in writing to ping.toh@dvfmconsulting.com or by direct contact with Ping Toh on (0065) 8687 5596.

Results and Guarantees

DVFM does not claim to heal, treat or cure any health conditions and you must continue to take any prescribed medication throughout the entire duration of the session.

DVFM does not provide any diagnosis nor medical advice. All opinions are provided for your consideration and should not be solely relied upon. It is your responsibility to obtain professional advice.

Although ThetaHealing® has great benefits, results are dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to, your commitment to the session, participation and existing health conditions.

Testimonials and examples provided are not intended to represent or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

Confidentiality

Confidential information refers to any data or information relating to you, whether business or personal:

• which would reasonably be considered to be private or proprietary to you;
• that is not generally known, and;
• where the release of that confidential information could reasonably be expected to cause harm to you.

DVFM agrees that we will not disclose, divulge, reveal, report or use, for any purpose, any confidential information which we have obtained, except as authorised by you or as required by law. The obligations of confidentiality will apply for the duration of the session and will survive indefinitely upon termination of this agreement.
