Making changes in your life is great and the way we grow and develop as people. Change is a constant process and part of being human. Start from where you are.
If you have ever set goals before but failed to achieve them, it may have been because you did not create a specific plan of action to accomplish those goals.
We are so inundated with choice and opportunity, you might say we are spoiled for choice. We often end up not doing anything at all, as there is too much to do.
The journey of life feels like an “obstacle course” to your desired goal at times. Some have a problem with, and struggle through this. It need not be this way.
