Well, I find this series of Arcturian healing frequencies achieve that dream massage! A 60 minutes buzz within your head, to different brain structures and cells.

Beginning with the Arcturian Neural Net, the healing frequencies calm the overall nervous system down and sends a golden vibration through your system. It helps to alleviate any restlessness or anxiety, and can help with your sleep, so you wake up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

The Arcturian Brain Balancing frequencies are then run on specific brain structures to boost and balance them. They include the left/right hemispheres and the corpus callosum, left/right prefrontal cortex, the thalamus and limbic system, the amygdala, hippocampus, cerebellum and the brain stem. Each of these parts of the brain corresponds to specific functions which will benefit from this set of healing frequencies.

The final part of this session consists an Arcturian Endocrine Activation for the pineal, hypothalamus, and pituitary glands.
