There is so much demand for attention, it is ever more difficult to stay focussed and act on things that would truly give you an extraordinary quality of life.
Time is probably our greatest resource. We never seem to have enough of it and it seems to pass so quickly. We cannot get any more of it and cannot slow it down.
What are you procrastinating on? Is it appropriate to hold off? Will this make a positive impact in your life? Choose an area you can make a renewed commitment.
Have you ever thought to yourself that there are not enough hours in the day, or felt overwhelmed at the tasks facing you? You can manage your time effectively.
Often when we study time management, we study efficiency (doing things right) and make the assumption we have the effectiveness (doing the right things) solved.
With a written plan, you make accomplishing your goals easier. At the end of the month when you see more Xs than empty squares, you will feel more accomplished.
You know what to do, have the ability and desire to do it, but still do not do it. The root cause for this illogical behaviour resides in your unconscious mind.
Remove selfishness from your vocabulary and replace it with self-care. In order to take care of the people you love, you need to take care of yourself first.
